A brief update on us and Coronavirus

* Effective midnight Tuesday March 24 we will not be processing any orders for a minimum of 14 days as per Ontario's mandatory non-essential shut down. 

 Coronavirus has managed to touch every corner of the world and we are no exception.  For the safety of you and our staff we have ramped up our cleaning and social distancing as recommended with customer service staff working from home.  We ask that you please be patient with them when calling in as they are home with their children. 

 Canada Post is still delivering mail and we are still processing and shipping orders as normal.  Our inventory has not yet been affected by the lock downs in other parts of the world but we have received notice from several suppliers that this may become an issue in the near future.  We apologize ahead of time for out of stocks that are to come.  Unfortunately this is out of our control.  

 We have received updates from Canada Post on their efforts to ensure safety of mail delivery.  They will no longer be doing door to door deliveries to avoid personal contact.  All packages will be placed in a safe drop location and they will not be requiring signatures for packages.  Because of this we are not able to ship items that would require proof of age at this time.  Such items have been made unavailable to order.   

Effective March 18 Canada Post suspended all On-Time delivery guarantees until further notice.

 Many of our suppliers have been affected by the mandatory shut downs throughout Canada and the United States making some of our products unavailable for order.  We have made these items currently unavailable to order.  This was a manual process and some unavailable items may have been missed, any missed items will be updated as discovered.  All orders placed up to this date are not affected by this and will be shipped complete.

 We are experiencing longer processing times for some orders.  We ask for your patience with this as we are doing our best to get orders out as quickly as we can.

 Customer service is available through live chat on our site (you must click on it to enable it), email, or Facebook messenger.  Phone lines are currently unavailable while we work on the system.
