What payment methods do you accept?
We can accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express or PayPal. You can also mail a check or select pay by check and contact us for wire information. We can accept wires from Western Union, Moneygram or from you financial institution sent in CAD funds. Please select this currency when ordering so you have the correct total. Also be advised there is an additional $17 CAD fee for sending wire transfers from your bank.
I'm having trouble paying with my credit card...
Please make sure that your billing address matches the address on file with the credit card company. If an address or zip/postal code do not match your card will be declined.
When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days. If your order contains custom jewelry pieces they will ship in about 2 weeks. For custom statues, they will ship in about a month depending on the size of the statue. Larger statues will take longer to make. If your order contains items from both regular stock and custom items we will ship them separately. Order processing does vary on occasion, this is only a guideline.
When will my order be delivered?
That depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Most orders to Canada will arrive in 2-5 business days. Orders to the United States normally arrive in 3-12 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months, ground delivery can be very slow crossing the oceans. Please keep in mind that orders must be processed before they are shipped please see above for processing times.
My order hasn’t arrived yet…
Many factors could hold up delivery of packaged including holidays and customs to name a few. If you feel you should have received your package already please contact us and we will look into it for you. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Let us know! We want to know right away if there is an issue with your order so we can work quickly to correct it. We need to know within 48 hours of delivery if your items arrived damaged.
Do you accept returns?
Yes we do. Returns must be preauthorized, please contact us for more details. Returns will be refunded the item price only. Shipping expenses are non-refundable.
